FREE SHIPPING ORDERS $50+!  Signature required for orders over $100. If your order was delivered & you do not have it please contact your local post office first to confirm where it is. If a signature was required your order will automatically go back to the post office if no one was home to sign, a note from the carrier should be left on where the package can be picked up.

RETURN POLICY:

ALL SALES FINAL. If jewelry was damaged/broken upon arrival email us the day of delivery with order # and pictures. We will contact you back & discuss possible refund or replacement. ALL JEWELRY IS INSPECTED BEFORE PACKAGING. Lifetime warranty on all gold filled/gold layered items so once they start to tarnish we can replace them at no cost just pay for shipping.
